Do I believe the hype?!?
This post adds two new title series I will be doing in the future, which Do I believe the hype on new products or just products that are raved about to high heavens. Then also a get the cover look when I will interpret both fashion and make-up or one or the over for you guys.
So saying the title didn't just make me feel like Alex Turner, that small amount of power felt good. Now to get on the beauty and the side of the reviews. I'm always someone that's uming and aahing over Benefit as a brand.I personally think the majority of their products are over priced for the end outcome. As a cheap skate I always jump at the chance to try a free sample from a magazine, because they're a worthy price I mean £4 you can't go wrong, especially with this issue of Keira Knightley.. who's looking beautiful as always! SO NOT ONLY.. is this a review of the product I'm doing an inspired look from Keira on the cover, aren't you guys lucky! (As it's Wednesday it would be a shame to miss out on my WCW).
Time to get on with the review, so for £4 I wasn't bothered about whether it was bad or good, as I'm always a fan of Elle. For me their "they're real mascara" was a huge disappointment to me, I did not like the formula at all, and in fact the mascara finish just looked to clumpy for my liking... I'm all about the natural look! Which roller lash is ideal as the formula is alot lighter which makes it possible for extra lift, for the appearance of longer and curled lashes.
In terms of applicator I love the fact it picks up your small lashes more, due to the different size brush tips, which in a sense hooks them to add texture and curl them. As someone who doesn't curl their eyelashes after a traumatic experience (thanks Models Own for cutting my lashes off) this mascara works wonders without the need for curling.
Overall as someone who isn't a massive fan on Benefit cosmetics, well I just haven't had the best experience... if they're new products carry on winning me over, I will be converted.
In a nutshell this mascara does everything I want lengthen, curls, volumes and separates so what more could want!
I am Siobhan Gallagher, and this is Benefit's Roller Lash Mascara, I do believe the hype.
